About Maul and this Scene
This is the second time we see Maul. He is alone with Sidious on Coruscant. He addresses Darth Sidious as his master.
Maul reports on a task that Sidious has given him. He says that he ran a trace on the planet Tatooine and that he will find them quickly. Sidious gives him the tasks of first moving against the Jedi and then taking the Queen to Naboo so she can sign a treaty.
Maul indicates his master and he can at last reveal themselves to the Jedi and have their revenge.
Sidious addresses Maul as my young apprentice and tells him that he has been well trained and that the Jedi will be no match for him.
EXT. CORUSCANT BALCONY - OVERLOOKING CITY - NIGHT
DARTH SIDIOUS and DARTH MAUL are walking along the balcony overlooking the vast city.
DARTH MAUL : Tatooine is sparsely populated. If the trace was correct, I will find them quickly, Master.
DARTH SIDIOUS : Move against the Jedi first... you will then have no difficulty in taking the Queen to Naboo to sign the treaty.
DARTH MAUL : At last we will reveal ourselves to the Jedi. At last we will have revenge.
DARTH SIDIOUS : You have been well trained, my young apprentice, they will be no match for you.
